How else can I change my banking information?

Has your banking information changed? Please update us with your new information at least four business days prior to your next payment by sending us either a completed Pre-Authorized Debit form (obtained from your financial institution) or a voided personal cheque. We will contact you within one business day to confirm receipt of your request. You can fax your documents to 1-855-978-5440 or email them to customerservice@preferafinance.com.
