Prefera allows you to permanently change your payment due date after your first payment has been made, as long as your account is current. We require a minimum of four business days notice prior to your original payment due date in order to process.
If you would like to request a permanent change in your payment date, just complete the form below and we will contact you within one business day to confirm the change has been made. Or, you can always reach us by phone at 1-844-734-3577 and we will be more than happy to make the change for you right there and then.
If you would like to make a temporary change to your payment date, please contact us by phone. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to change the payment frequency of your loan (for example from Bi-weekly to Monthly).
